Current Openings
As our firm continues to expand, we are regularly hiring for the following qualified positions:
- Associate Attorney – Business Law: Assist with client matters including contracts, negotiations, mergers/acquisitions, and regulatory compliance. 2-5 years of relevant experience preferred and an interest in practicing primarily business-focused law a must.
- Paralegal – Corporate & Transactional: Assist with organization and execution of due diligence, document preparation, entity formation, and ongoing client services. Minimum 2 years’ experience in a law firm environment or corporate legal setting is required.
- Client Services Coordinator: First point of contact for clients; responsible for scheduling, communicating, and assisting with onboarding of new clients. Previous experience in a law firm environment, or other professional service business preferred.

How We Hire
We aim to have a no-nonsense and transparent hiring process. Applicants can expect the following.
- Application. Submit a resume, cover letter, and references to [email protected]. In your application, please indicate the job for which you’re applying, and explain your experience with relevant subject matters.
- Review. We will review your application materials to determine if they are a good fit as to the firm’s needs and culture. We generally inform applicants of our interest or lack thereof within two weeks of submitting their application.
- Interviews. Selected applicants will be invited to participate in an initial phone or video interview on a pre-scheduled basis. Finalists will interview with some or all of the firm’s leadership team in person at our Edina office.
- Offer. We will extend offers to finalists after a reference and background check.
